Peili Behavioural Profile available in China now

The cooperation agreements were signed with two Chinese leading training companies in April.

Peili Goes to China was a development project partly supported by the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation (Tekes). Project started at October 2007 and ended at September 2008.

The goal is to introduce Peili Behavioural Profile to China. The main targets of this project were to validate Peili behavioural profile in Chinese environment and to establish Peili trainer network in China.

The validity of Peili in Chinese environment was approved in a testing subproject, which was organised jointly with Shandong University. 

Following the testing subproject, two certification trainings were organised to certify Chinese Peili trainers. The first certification took place in Finland during July 2008. 9 participants from Chinese universities were certified. Most of them are researchers and professors specializing in human resource development. The second certification was hold in Xi’an China in September 2008, 12 participants from project management field were certified as Peili Trainer.

Peili goes to China project was completed successfully. Integro continued cooperation discussions with two of the leading training/consulting companies in China – Xi’an HuaDing and YiHe International. In April this year, cooperation agreements were signed with them.
