1. What is Peili?
Peili is a brand of Integro´s tools. Peili-tools are meant for individuals and groups. Peili Product Family includes Peili Behavioural Profile and Peili Project Leadership Assessment.
2. What is Peili based on?
Peili tools are based on psychological and linguistic studies about human behaviour, emphasizing interplay and co-operation.
3. Could behavioural style change?
Everyone develops his/her own behaviour model: a personal way of observing, thinking, feeling and action. In adulthood our natural behaviour style (Peili-behavioural style) is quite permanent. Of course people could change their behaviour, for example, natural rhythm, speed, and the strength of movement, but effort is needed for that. Peili trust profile and Peili flexibility profile are changeable. One´s role and skills, rules in a team, organization culture and resources all have effect on them.
4. For Peili Behavioural Profile, whom should I choose to make the evaluation for me? Will it effect my profile result?
If you want to have a common feedback about your behaviour, you should choose both friends and colleagues to evaluate you. If you want to have a feedback as a team member or a member of an organization or community, choose your colleagues, subordinates or clients.
The most essential thing is that evaluators have known the you at least 3-6 months and during this time been doing relatively close co-operation with you or know you for longer period. The evaluators should have seen you in different situations which doesnt’t happen if they have seen you only in a relatively narrow role.
Differences between different evaluations are biggest in trust profile and flexibility profile. The feedback from your team provides the insight about your role and about your team-culture.
5. Why is the colleagues evaluation important?
Other people decide what to do or do not do with you based on the information they have about you – what they observe, know, think, believe or imagine. Knowing others’ point of view makes it easier to interact with them or influence them more consciously. At the same time you become more conscious about those virtues and strengths other people see in you.
6. What can I do with my Peili Behavioural Profile?
You get information about your virtues and strengths other people see in you. You can use that knowledge in all your personal relationships. You can use your Peili behavioural profile for developing your social and communication skills. Understanding and applying the Peili frame of reference you can motivate and lead a team, act as a good team player, or serve your clients.
7. What does it mean if self-evaluation and colleagues´ evaluation are different?
Self-evaluation and colleagues´ evaluation can differ from each other. It means that you and those other people evaluate you might have different criteria or have evaluated different things. Other people see what you do and say, and how you do it. They didn´t see your directly to your inner world – what you think, feel, aim, need or value. When you evaluate yourself, your inner world effects your evaluation. Both evaluations are “true” by their own means.
