Project Peili, is the service application of Peili behavioural profile to be used in project environment. It is usually a 2 to 3 days training program supported with each participant’s Peili behavioural profile. The aim of Project Peili is to help the organizations to select, build, and develop effective and capable project teams for different types of projects.
Project Peili also helps the project managers to develop their own behavioural competences, including develop their leadership skills through taking the benefit of their own strengths in behavioural competences.
