Peili leadership assessment is a feedback and development tool for individual coaching and consulting. It can be used also for organization development with assessed person’s permission.
Peili leadership assessment is based on 15 behavioural competences defined by IPMA (International Project Management Association). Although these 15 behavioural competencies have been designed for project managers they are also general managerial competences. Questions and the feedback design of the tool are made by psychologist Tiia Arjanne, who has over 25 years experience of different leadership assessments.
Peili leadership assessment consists of participant’s self-evaluation and evaluations made by his/hers manager (or managers in some cases), minimum three direct reports and minimum three colleagues. Also an assessor category “others” is possible to include in order to get a wide perspective, e.g. from parties nearly connected or from customer interface. The result of feedback is always presented for the assessed in a one-to-one discussion within approximately one and half hour.
