Peili trainings are mainly organised through our Peili Network. However, in order to have close connection to the end-users of Peili products, we also offer direct trainings to the customer.

We provide our customers with versatile trainings concerning behavioural competencies and interaction skills. In basic training, the participants learn to recognize different behavioural styles and improve cooperation with their co-workers.

Integro also offers the training and consulting which are tailored on basis of clients' specific needs and situations. Themes of these trainings could be, for example, organizational changes, leadership skills, team building, conflict solving and negotiations, customer service and sales, well-being at work etc.

In addition, Integro offers leadership consulting for individuals and managerial groups.
