Peili Behavioural Profile and Peili training have been applied in Tieto’s project management trainings since year 2005. Not only in Finland, Tieto also used Peili and Peili training in Czech, Latvia, Germany, Sweden, and Norway where it has local presences.
The objectives of applying Peili in the project management trainings include: project managers’ ability to lead project teams and to communicate with project customers; understand different people and learn how to benefit from team diversity; learn basics of team building for projects; learn how to create good cooperation and how to build trust systematically; acquire practical tools/ways and ideas on motivating people, giving feedback, and negotiation; increase self-knowledge and self-awareness.
